I've noticed that using Trusty Tahr with R14.0.2, I cannot get trinity 
to save the power management settings. It does create the directory 
"~/.trinity/share/config/tdedisplay/" directory, but it's empty. The 
directory can be erased, but Monitor & Display will recreate an empty 
directory.
Happens on 2 machines.
