You can almost write a lot of it in.  It is hard for us with so little detail 
of what you are seeing.

I have been suggesting that you should look at your settings.

My KMail hyperlinks open in Chrome.  Here is what I have got (I hope a 
screenshot will get through).  In case, I am sending a private copy to Gene.
