No, nor for me.  Works every time.  What keeps turning itself off, and I have 
to keep turning it on again, is the red underlining as I type, which I only 
found out about recently, and which I find very useful.  The trouble is that 
I don't always notice immediately that it isn't working.  No red *could* mean 
no typing errors - it does happen occasionally! - if I even remember it at 
all.
