Not sure what you can find in tde regarding that. There is some work going on from one of the new developers
on syncevolution integration in TDE, but don't know the exact state.
Worst case, you could try running kdeconnect inside Trinity, hopefully you will not have any conflicts.
Otherwise you would have to look for other programs that do something similar.
