I read the question twice to understand what Diego is looking for, but it
was not clear to me. Putting different things together did not make it very
clear either and I don't know the kdeconnect. 
All together there is not such thing in TDE that he's looking for. However
partially might be. There is Card/CalDav integrated in TDE by Tim, but I
never tried it out. I also did not try out other syncevolution capabilities
except the syncml and the file part.
I'm not sure if Diego is at the level to understand what is happening in the
background and I decided to keep silent on the subject.

Diego, can you explain what is your goal - ex.: what kind of protocols you
are targeting?
