I originally searched, using synaptic-pkexec, for "mouse pointer" which 
narrows things to about 20 selections, but see below for a better search 
string.

Do a search for "comixcursors" (I use synaptic-pkexec), and if 
ambidextrous, install all 5 pkgs. logout & back in, then in the trinity 
menu's find the mouse, select it, then 2nd tab over is image selection 
IIRC.  Pick your poison, quit, log out/in again, done.
