Just one thing I do not understand:

nik@dasding:~$ dpkg -S /usr/share/apps/kdm/themes/debian-moreblue
desktop-base-trinity: /usr/share/apps/kdm/themes/debian-moreblue
nik@dasding:~$

So that debian theme is from  trinity. Wouldn't it be better to collect all 
themes in /opt/trinity/share/apps/kdm/themes ?
