On shutdown the current session is saved (provided the "Save session on exit" option is enabled) and the sessions list
index file is saved (which did not exist in previous Kate). This file is very small though, so it should not give much
more overhead. Everything else is the same.
The session status is also saved when switching to another session.

If you had a quick look through the code, you will find a lot of "FIXME": this are mainly intended as remainded of
things to do (more a TODO than a FIXME, but TODO sometimes go overlooked ;-) ). There is still a lot of work to do, but
this is the first wirkable milestone and IMO makes working with sessions much easier.

After Slavek and I finish with the openssl migration, I will probably push this to GIT, so it becomes available to
everyone interested.
