In general I don't expect the community to fund all of the hosting; I've
always covered the majority of the expenses and, for the most part, expect
it to remain this way.  Keeping TDE online costs many thousands of dollars
every year, largely due to bandwidth and storage costs that can't be
reduced without disabling services.  Around 25% of these costs were
received in 2016; it becomes easier for me to be able to work on TDE if
that number is closer to 50%.  We had far lower numbers in 2015, so at
least the trend is good!
