Here are two things and one solution:

quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net is now a nice short quickbuild.io. 
Redirection is set, so it is not necessary to change the links.

The problem is, however, that quickbuid.io had DNSSEC, but the keys have 
already expired. Therefore, DNS servers that perform DNSSEC control are 
now dissatisfied. I suppose this is the problem in your case.

The key server is now also available on short pearsoncomputing.net. 
Therefore, you can get the key by truncating the address in the command. 
The wiki has been updated.
