Try forcing DPI, available in fonts settings. It's similar to the M$ way except
that you must pick a number rather than a percent. 96 is the baseline. Due to
the way fonts are authored, multiples of 4 generally work OK, 12 better, 24
best, so try 108, 120, 132, etc. to start with.
