I wouldn't be surprised. Trying to keep up with the changes in the formats
used by servers to deliver data (of almost any kind) can turn out to consume
far more time than it ought. Rare is the service that decides on a format and
then doesn't tinker with it. Without an active developer to track and handle
these changes, clients soon become useless :-( I know, because for a few
projects I am the "active developer".
