Actually the result of renaming kdesktop_lock to tdesktop_lock does not stop 
me from using the tde menu (or right click) to shutdown, but it sends me back 
to the login screen.

I would do it on my main computer, but it may solve my problem on the 
recording computer. Thanks for this information.
