Supposing you're installing Devuan 2, you must use the instructions for Debian
Stretch - which means the prelimirnary stable builds.

If you just don't want systemd, you can try AntiX 17, with teh same
requirements to install Trinity.

From the website:

sudo apt-get install dirmngr

deb stretch deps-r14 main-r14

deb-src stretch deps-r14

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver --recv-key A04BE668

sudo apt-get update
sudo aptitude install tde-trinity
