I haven't seen this "do-release-upgrade" (Ubuntu-specific?) command been 
mentioned before in this thread. Maybe in the instructions for updating 
Ubuntu..?

In general I was trying to point out that only TDE packages are upgraded if you 
only change the information for the TDE repos (trinity.list), not how to change 
sources repositories for the distribution, if that wasn't clear.
