The upper one, no, the lower one. yes. xpdf has always been the black 
sheep, been around without any great tlc since the later '90's when I 
first installed red hat 5.0, so nothing its does surprises me. Why its 
even in the tde menu's is a small puzzle to me. A slightly larger puzzle 
is why kpdf is not.
