	I'm guessing that 14.0.6 hasn't yet gotten rolled into OpenSuSE yet.  You're 
right, I'm looking at the 14.0.x repository.  Changing the URL to point to 
14.0.6 gets me a 404 error.  I'll just wait for a while.
