My question in a different english was :
"Your mails request a certificate by an opening window,
and we have to accept or refuse it, that is annoying".

My message has been understood, despite my english not on the top
and not from Oxford University,
now your mails don't cause anymore this unnecessary opening window...

PS : this list give me the opportunity to improve my english,
and I love it.
