Dear, 
I know that tde people has fixed the bug. But not all distros have updated 
now.
I updated my opensuse tumbleweed 7 days ago and TDE stop working ( dcop 
problem).

rpm -ivh --force libICE ( old version) and voila TDE is running again.

note: tumbleweed is a rolling version, allways update entire system.
