I have observed this problem:

- About 10% of the time Konqueror crashes upon a file copy using either mouse 
or keyboard.

in both these setups:

- Ubuntu 14.04, TDE R14.0.4(ish), ext4
- MX-18.3 [Debian GNU/Linux 9 (stretch)], TDE R14.0.6, ext4

Similar to the way KMail always crashes the first time it uses an index, it 
never seems to go away.
