place this line in your sources.list and comment out all other lines referring 
to ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net (this should be one line, not 3):

deb 
http://ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net/trinity/trinity-nightly-builds/debian/ 
squeeze main

go to a text console (important! don't dun the update within your TDE session. 
somewhere in the middel of the upgrade kwn dies and leaves you with a konsole 
that egerly awaits your input but your keyboard does not work any more) and 
do:

# /etc/init.d/kdm-trinity stop
# apt-get update
# apt-get upgrade

check, that all 3.5.12 have been updated:

# dpkg -l|grep trinity|grep 3.5.12

no output schould apear. 

# /etc/init.d/kdm-trinity start

and you'r back in business.
