The situation here is simple: Notification events, including their
translations, are part of the eventsrc file, not part of the program. The
eventsrc file is a file that is "desktop style" - see

Integrating desktop style files into TDE Weblate is the second level of
integration because it required preparation on the side of building
programs. And right now, with the release of R14.0.8, we are launching
this second level of integration! Several desktop style files are already
integrated into TDE Weblate. However, after the release of R14.0.8 we will
gradually add other desktop style files.
So stay tuned!

You can use the source string search in TDE Weblate. When searching, you
can remember that the source string may contain a '&' character that
serves as a wildcard for a shortcut key.
If the source string is not found, it is possible that it is part of a
desktop style file that is not yet integrated into TDE Weblate. In such
cases, it's good to let someone know about it - for example, in ML, like
you did. Or at IRC, where Chris is often available to help.
