It seems you have ubuntu in your sources.list, no?

keep only those repos:
deb           squeeze main
deb-src           squeeze main
deb squeeze main
deb-src squeeze main

apt-get update

Here, I have no 3:3.3.8-d-0ubuntu0+sr73+pr181~squeeze anymore:

$ apt-cache policy libqt3-mt
  Installed: 3:3.3.8d-0ubuntu0+sr73+pr181~squeeze
