TDE is not. You can sort of control GTK themes from the Trinity Control Center by installing gtk3-tqt-engine and gtk-qt-engine, but these are buggy and can cause other problems. The other options are to find a desktop-agnostic GTK themer (if such a program exists), or hand-editing GTK theme files. E. Liddell
