Can anybody answer this question? as I would prefer not to install these or other unwanted packages. Are you up to some investigation? fgrep tde-i18n-af-trinity /var/log/aptitude /var/log/apt/history.log zfgrep tde-i18n-af-trinity /var/log/aptitude*gz /var/log/apt/history.log*gz That should help to figure out when it was installed.
