OK, I see the problem.  There is no tellico-kde3 package for Ubuntu
Lucid/Maverick or Debian due to an oversight on my part, and the stock
3.5.10 tellico package will not work due to the library changes.

tellico-kde3 does exist under Karmic, so that package just needs to be
built for the newer distributions.  I will get to that as soon as I can.
