Those who cannot (or don't want to) use PayPal can contact me directly to
work something out.  Note that in general I need to know/trust you before
you can use something other than PayPal, so this would only be an option
for certain people.

I prefer PayPal for open source donations in general.  It lessens my
potential risk (including risk of identity theft) from unscrupulous people
by acting as a trusted intermediary.
