When I got error 403 when downloading packages, so I have to apt source 
instead of "general" ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net gave a specific 
mirror. For example:

deb http://depot-trinity.dotriver.eu/trinity-v3.5.13/debian squeeze main
deb http://depot-trinity.dotriver.eu/trinity-builddeps-v3.5.13/debian squeeze
