Might be less important for you but maximum anoying for me. I have (at least) 
2 mail accounts. Each time I want to send a mail via 1st account KMail checks 
mail for all accounts. But my other accounts do allow me a mail checking only 
every 15 minutes. Since 3.5.13 I can not send mail without accepting a bunch 
of error messages on my screen from the other mail accounts. 

Just to let you know that #406 is really disturbing for others
