I was a bit hasty on my first post, I apologize. You're getting a BADSIG error. I am unfamiliar with fixing that, however a search revealed this page: http://askubuntu.com/questions/1877/what-is-the-easiest-way-to-resolve-apt-get-badsig-gpg-errors It seems to have some solutions.
