This I see in TDE 3.5.13.1:

 $ locate kthememanager
 <--snip-->
 /opt/trinity/share/apps/kthememanager/themes/KDE_Classic
 <--snip more-->

I see no ~/.trinity/share/apps/kthememanager/  on my system.

Probably just adding to the confusion...
