Yes, definitely. This was very important to me. I don't remember how I 
did it, but I remember it wasn't difficult!

Well, I technically went from KDE 3.5.10 to TDE 3.5.12, then .13 and 
.13.1, but whatever.

I grepped for one of my hex color codes and found these files:

./share/apps/libkdepim/about/kde_infopage.css
./share/apps/kstyle/themes/original/original.xml
./share/apps/kthememanager/themes/original/original.xml
./share/apps/kdeui/about/kde_infopage.css
./share/apps/kcmcss/override.css

They exist in both my old .kde and my new .trinity, I must have copied 
these all directly. Although more likely, I just copied my entire .kde 
directory to a new .trinity folder, and probably omitted e.g. kmail 
stuff and perhaps something else.
