I knew that it must be. Thank you so much guys. This is a wonderful list. I have had a right saga with this computer,and am getting a little fraught! The original box was faulty (very) and it took some hours of increasing frustration spread over 3 days before I a) realised it, b) got the firm to accept liability and c) coped with a compromise that they could achieve over the New Year period and d) accepted it. (And have spent a lot of time worrying that there ought to have been a better method to achieve what I actually wanted, rather than having to compromise - and failing.) Lisi
