Does building the RPM without support also mean adding support by
installing appropriate library or codec/decoders does not work? K3B
works here , Squeeze. TDE 3.5.13.2, for creating audio cd with mp3
files.

Not to sure about the details but I have" libk3b3-extracodecs-trinity,
libmad0, and other 'stuff' installed.
