Thanks Tim,

Here is the wiki markup reference I'm trying to use to get the sections and
TOC working:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Wiki_markup

I know it works, I have created sections and TOC entries for the Arch Linux
wiki many times. Is there some setting that can be tweaked on the trinity wiki
install that would help it interpret the normal wiki markup?

I've never installed a wiki package before, so I don't know if there is
something similar to a httpd.conf or php.ini for it that would control how it
behaves?
