I have managed to get the Table of Contents working to reflect the proposed
kmenu toplevel. Please feel free to add your comments. We will work to get the

Kate, all, the foswiki markup format provided by Robert is:

From a comparison standpoint, foswiki seems a bit limited in indention, etc.,
but it will work.
