Note: script convert_existing_kde3_app_to_tde still retains the advantage that 
it can be safely executed repeatedly.

I'm sorry that I'm not incorporate script into GIT much earlier.

I got caught up in testing convert_existing_kde3_app_to_tde script on kdocker, 
which I planned to convert from native Qt application to tde application. 
Likewise, I planned to convert to tde application also twinkle.
