It seems that on the primary server is something wrong.
Try to replace apt source to mirror:

deb http://depot-trinity.dotriver.eu/trinity-v3.5.13/ubuntu precise main
deb http://depot-trinity.dotriver.eu/trinity-builddeps-v3.5.13/ubuntu precise main
