I agree that the website is confusing at times..... :-(
Anyhow if you are looking for source code, why don't you try out the current GIT repo?
It is not 3.5.13.2, but the pre-R14.0.0 which should be ready in 3-4 months time, but is quite stable. In fact more stable that 3.15.13.2 probably.
Just wondering.
