I initially said yes, but having thought about it, no.  I update 
regularly and include Slávek's repositories, so I may just have moved 
painlessly and gradually from 3.5.13.1 and before that from 3.5.13 
and even, on my machine from 3.5.12.  My husband's machine may have 
been reinstalled after July 2013.  I cannot remember exactly when I 
reinstalled for him.  I'll try and look at some internal evidence 
tomorrow.

But I have installed from that page for clients and they have not 
complained, which means that it works!

Well, one of them has just lost sound, but therein lies another story.
