Re: lingering problem with kpowersave - again, help.

I'm re-sending this request for advice.

essentially kpowersave doesn't fully come up the first time on 
starting the desktop unless I end the session and restart the session, 
then it appears with all its configuration options.

I'm sure it's an easy tweak somewhere but where?
