I use something other than a "free" email service -- i.e., not gmail,
yahoo, msn, etc.

In the past I would get those worrisome emails notices from
time-to-time.  Except for one time - maybe 3 years ago - I never
was bumped off the list.

But, I believe it has now been 6 months - maybe a year - since I have
received one of those worrisome emails notices.

Just trying to add a (confusing) data point....
