I tryed a /etc/asoundrc with the content

pcm.!default {
    type hw
    card PCH
}

ctl.!default {
    type hw
    card PCH
}

And sound works ! It seems it was an order problem, now i have to find
what is the package name for commons environments sounds (windows
closing, minimizing).
