Hi Janek,
hope you are doing well.

The good news: I am able to reproduce the problem using the file you attached in the bug report. Other files that I
have tested do not seem to display the problem though. Sorry I didn't mentioned my test results earlier.

The bad news: it is very unlikely I will be able to even take a look at the problem for the next 4 months. I am
currently under a very heavy workload (6 days week/9-10 hours per day + commuting time) and have almost no time for
TDE (and other things) unfortunately :-(

Please be patient :-) (unless Tim or Slavek have a chance to look at it before I can).
