New architecture in 'preliminary-stable-builds'

Hi all,

I would like to thank to Jean Milot, who gave me access to the PowerPC64le 
hardware. Thank to this I could include new builds for ppc64el architecture 
to my alternative apt source 'preliminary-stable-builds'. Builds for ppc64el 
are available for Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty) and Debian 8.0 (Jessie).

A complete list of distributions and platforms is now as follows:

+ Debian 6.0 (Squeeze) - amd64, i386, armel
+ Debian 7.x (Wheezy) - amd64, i386, armhf, armel, mips, powerpc
