Sl�vek's has updates (patches) added as they come out, whereas the standard 
repository and mirrors will add them all when 14.0.1 is released.  

I first started using Sl�vek's repository when a bug was bugging me and I 
wanted it fixed as soon as possible, and have stayed with him since.

I'm glad that the upgrade has gone well for you.
