Depending on just how old you mean, as kcalc was at one point part of
kdeutils and was later split out into its own source package:

  <https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kcalc>

The main display here only shows Ubuntu releases that are still
supported, but you can get to everything from the "View full publishing
history" or "View full change log" links at the top right.

Which looks like a promising starting point.
