Slavek, I perfectly understand this problem. Now another problem is that many 
of us (I for instance) are only "amateurs".

I've got several computers. I could download source code, I could let machines 
chew it for days and spit out packages...

But I'm hardly able to do more than type in the compile order. I was never 
able to understand a line of C/C++ (my "skills" stop at Basic or tcl/tk).

My point is: I'd be glad to help, but how to get understanding in creating 
packages and maintaining them (I'm not specificaly talking about Arch, which 
I never used)?
