I am recommending against downloading packages without authentication.  I have 
used Sl�vek's repositories for ages and certainly recommend doing so, in this 
case I recommend using the preliminary stable build of TDE R14.0.1.

I hope that I have sufficiently clarified.  Feel free to ask again if I have 
not.  Sorry that I was ambiguous in the first place.
