I see the kdm-trinity in the pastebin link so it is installed. It needs 
to be also in /etc/init.d (In my system /etc/init.d/kdm-trinity is a 
file not symlink)

You might just need to run

update-rc.d kdm-trinity defaults

to set it up

In numerous Trinity installs I have done it has always.. just worked.
